My Creative Space...

I finished the quilt top for the Sisters quilt!I am so excited to get the back figured out so I can start quilting. I started this with a lot of Jans Lottadotter scraps, doing a little sketch, and then putting different combinations up on the design wall.
Moving things around

Piecing it all together

Done

I am not sure how to define this little quilt I've looked at it for so long I am losing perspective. I do like how it's turning out though. All I have left to do is trim it a little but considering this is my first foray into linen all the seams are really straight. This was also the first quilt I have made where I really thought I was going to run out of fabric. In the end I had enough and just have a tiny little pile of scraps leftover perfect for a snack mat or two.

There are more Creative Spaces to check out here.

Hello Petra! Congratulations to your sister's new born baby! She looks so sweet!
Your son had really big change - vow - totally new look!
I love your new quilt - it's so nice not to have always a repeating pattern!
Thank you for your lovely comment! Teje
