Swaps and Upcoming Fun

Besides the auction quilt I have been busy working on a few swaps. My first finish is for Potholder Pass 10. This is my 3rd maybe 4th time doing PP and it's such a fun swap. I swapped grocery bags this time. My partner wanted red and black which was a fun combo to work with.

My second swap is a new one for me it's For The Love of Solids.

I can say this is an impressive group of swappers and the flickr discussions are really involved. This is my initial fabric pull and I received a lot of feedback from the group. Most of the colors came directly from my partners mosaic I've tweaked them a little and am making a sewing machine cover with them.
