Quilt Inspiration

There's a new mural going up down the street. The artist is just getting started but I wanted to capture the beginning stages for a future quilt.

I am so glad I got the photos when I did because Haberman (the artist) did a lot of work today and there are more faces and less squares. I just love the colors and lines it makes me want to start a new quilt!
Where do you get your inspiration?

Wow! It is great to see the before photos of a mural because you never realize how they get to the finished point -- and yes, this would inspire a wonderful quilt! Thanks for the reminder to keep our eyes open!!

Love Chris Haberman. I met him one summer when I was in a class at NW Documentary, and I assisted a fellow student who did a short film about him. Great guy! His sister was great, too. :)
