Sewing Summit 2012

I have been home for a few days now and haven't been able to come up with the words for my Sewing Summit Post. So much happens in such a short amount of time I feel like I'm still processing everything. Sewing Summit has friends old and new, classes, swag, late night sewing, swaps, giveaways, shop hop, and more. I am so glad I went especially when I wasn't sure if the timing was right and if it could live up to last year. I am happy to say it was better then last year Erin and her staff did an amazing job!
Like last year I was too caught up in the moment to capture all the photos I wanted but here's a hodge podge to give you a taste.
Craftsy bags for the opening reception, we all got a free Craftsy class.

My roomie Lisa Anne and her Craftsy team,
 The first late night sew

Registration Line
 Katie's English Paper Piecing class.

I heard Erin made this selvage globe, everybody wanted it!

 E.P.P. supplies

Lots of bunting at the S.L.M.Q.G. Party

Beautiful table from Amanda Herring's Creative Journey class.

 Cute little gifty from class

Beautiful Salt Lake mountains.

I was going to lay out all of my loot for a photo shoot but do you really want to see it or is that just showing off?

I am already looking forward to next year and maybe I'll end up with some photos that I'm actually in.

Some great pics Petra! I don't think I took any... It was super fun, better than last year. I'm definitely going to try to go again next year. I love the small feel of it, and how well you get to know people in such a small amount of time. And the swag!!! C'mon, take a pic for us to see. Mine is already scattered....
